3.    Original copy of Baptismal Certificate with notification "for Marriage Purpose"
4.    Original copy of Confirmation Certificate with notification "for Marriage Purpose"
5.    Parish Permit for Non Parishioners
6.    Marriage License
7.    For Civil Married couples (Marriage Contract from Civil Marriage)
8.    Parish Banns
9.    Must attend the Pre-cana Seminar Every 4th Sunday  12:30 to 5:00 PM
